Dr. Nicole Saltzman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Lotus Foundation. She has spent the last two decades in mental health partnering with individuals, families, and communities. She specializes in partnering with individuals and couples to identify and address the underlying emotions, meaning, and motivations that create disruptions in their lives.
Dr. Saltzman has authored research on the impacts of poverty on personality development and the interconnections between culture, spirituality, and psychotherapy. She has been developing and presenting workshops nationally and internationally for almost 15 years. Dr. Saltzman lives in Overland Park, Kansas with her two sons, Alexander and Tristan.
